Ktoś włamywał mi się na konto, NCsoft "dla bezpieczeństwa" zablokowało mi je i mam sie zgłośić do supportu.
Tylko czy moglibyście mi wytłumaczyć jak to dokładnie zrobić? Chciałbym wrócić do gry ale nie wiem jak sie za to zabrać.
Dodam że konto mi ukradziono z pół roku temu. Mam wszystkie płytki i kody.

Hello NCSOFT, I had a quite long break in playing Guild Wars. Now, when I type account name, password and character name (I don't remember well, but I think i typed good name), this message appears: "You Guild Wars account has been blocked for an account issue. Please contact Support for information". I really don't know what happened - do you block accounts if they are inactive for a long time? I payed for having account in this game (I have all campaigns + expansion) and now this account is blocked for no reason. Please, let me play your game! :(
PS I dont remember well my character name... Is that mean that i won't log in?
PS2 Here are my Guild Wars account informations:

character name: XXXXXXXXX (I'm not sure about it, probably female ritualist)

As far as items, characters, or gold that were lost due to your account being hacked, we are unable to replace any of them. We highly recommend following the suggestions listed in the article mentioned above to avoid such an inconvenience.

If you have lost control of your Guild Wars account or your NCsoft account, please update this message with the following information so we can assist you further:
- The 25-digit Access Key(s) used for each campaign in your Guild Wars account
- A scan or digital picture showing your 25-digit access key(s)
- The name, surname and postal address registered in the account
- The creation date of your Guild Wars account (even if approximate)
- Your NCsoft username (if your Guild Wars account is linked to a NCsoft account)
- The date of birth registered in the account
- Any email addresses you could have used in NCsoft

"Blocked as a security measure"? Why? Do You block accounts for long inactivity? I payed for this game, and You blocked my account for no true reason, and now I probably cannot retrieve it, because I do not have these 25-digit Access Keys that You require... Below are informations that I know:
-account has been created probably in March 2007, or February 2007.
-my date of birth is XXXXXXXXXX.
-e-mails used to my account could be:
>> XXXXXXXXXX (this is my account name login, this e-mail account has been deleted by server due to long inactivity, but I created this adress again, on same server, so I have access to it)
>> XXXXXXXXXX (I was using this e-mail account in the past, it could probably be earlier login account name; I do not have access to it, it was on the same server as e-mail adress above, it has been deleted).
I do not have Unique Account ID, because, as I said above, my e-mail adresses were lost.
I know I have made a very big mistake throwing out my 25-digit Access Keys. I thought it would not be needed. I am sorry.
Please, NCsoft, I do not want to lose my account! :(

I managed to get on NCsoft Master Account (account: XXXXXXXXXXX), which my Guild Wars account was linked to. I also managed to create a trial account on it! But then I clicked on my e-mail adress that I have as my true Guild Wars account name ( XXXXXXXXXXX), and the information appeared: "NCsoft master account XXXXXXXXXXX has been permanently blocked.". Now I cannot log in on Your site, but I am still able to play a new trial account (name: XXXXXXXXXXX), even if my NCsoft Master Account is blocked.
I really do not know what is it for. I do not know reason of blocking my account. I did not use any cheats, did not insult anyone, did not have inappropriate character name.
Please, NCsoft, explain it.
